1. Nature of the service and delivery
NOX Studio is a digital service (SaaS) that generates images with AI. There is no physical product and no shipping. The subscription and credits you purchase are added to your account instantly and electronically once your payment is approved.
- Generated images are delivered automatically to the Gallery in your account once generation completes.
- Single generations usually finish within minutes; Full Set generations within 5–15 minutes.
- If a generation fails for a technical reason, its credit is refunded automatically — you are never charged for a failed generation.
2. Credit system
Generations run on credits. Credit usage depends on resolution (1K image = 1 credit, 2K = 2 credits, 4K = 4 credits). In Full Set generations, only the images that are successfully produced and delivered are charged; any reserved surplus credits are refunded automatically.
3. Cancellation and refund (14 days)
You may cancel and request a refund within 14 days of the start of your subscription:
- If you request cancellation within the first 14 days, a full refund is issued.
- If you have used credits during that period, the value of the used generations (at the single-generation rate) is deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are returned to the card used for payment within 7–14 business days.
4. Cancellation after 14 days
After the 14-day window, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access to your credits until then, no renewal is charged, and no further fee is taken. Refunds for the past period are not required in this case; if there is a serious service-side error, requests are reviewed separately by customer support.
5. How to request a refund
Send refund and cancellation requests to info@noxstudio.app from the email registered to your account. Requests are answered within 3 business days.
