Terms of Sale

1. Parties

BUYER: the individual or legal entity who creates an account at https://noxstudio.app and purchases a subscription or a credit pack. The information provided by the Buyer at sign-up is taken as the basis of the agreement.

2. Subject

These Terms govern the sale and provision of the digital service (an AI image-generation subscription and/or credit packs) that the Buyer purchases electronically through the Seller's platform at https://noxstudio.app, and set out the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. The service and pricing

The service is a SaaS platform that generates images from a product photo using AI and runs on a credit basis. The scope of the selected plan, the number of generations, and the total price payable are shown clearly on the checkout page and in the order confirmation. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew at the end of each period on the same terms. Any applicable taxes are included in or shown alongside the price at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are taken by credit/debit card through our payment provider. Card details are not stored by the Seller. An invoice is issued for each successful payment and sent to the Buyer's registered email address.

5. Delivery (provision)

The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. Subscriptions and credits are added to the Buyer's account immediatelyupon payment approval. Generated images are delivered to the gallery in the Buyer's account once generation completes.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The Buyer may cancel within 14 days of entering into the agreement. If credits have been used during the cancellation window, the value of the used generations (at the single-credit rate) is deducted from the refund. 7. Seller's obligations

The Seller is obliged to provide the service in accordance with its described qualities. Credits for generations that fail for technical reasons are refunded automatically. Scheduled maintenance and necessary downtime are kept to a reasonable minimum.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Effect

The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms on the checkout page. The agreement takes effect the moment it is confirmed electronically.
