Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of NOX Studio ("NOX", "we"), an AI-powered image generation service. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

NOX is a digital service (SaaS) that generates images and videos with artificial intelligence from the product photos and inputs you provide. The output is produced by generative AI models and is provided "as is".

2. AI output — no accuracy guarantee

AI-generated images can contain errors or deviations: colors, proportions, fine details, text, hands, or product features may differ from your original product. NOX does not warrant that the output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

• Always review every image before using it — especially before commercial use — and compare it against your real product.
• You are responsible for selecting, editing, and deciding whether to use any output.

3. Content you upload

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the products, brands, logos, and images you upload, and that they do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, personal, or other rights. Responsibility for uploaded content rests with you.

4. Use of the output — your responsibility

How you use the generated images and videos (advertising, e-commerce listings, social media, print, etc.) is your responsibility. You are responsible for compliance with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and competition laws — including not misleading consumers about your product's real appearance, color, or features.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost sales, or reputational harm) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the output. Where NOX is found liable, its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding period.

6. Intellectual property & generated models

You may use the images you generate for your own commercial and personal purposes. AI- generated models/faces are not real people; any resemblance to a real person is unintended. You retain the rights to the content you upload.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use NOX to produce unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or to misrepresent another party's products. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
