This Privacy Policy explains how Adil Furkan Karabektaş("NOX Studio"), the operator of the service at https://noxstudio.app, collects and processes personal data when you use the service. We aim to handle your data in line with applicable data-protection law, including the principles of the EU/UK GDPR.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).
• Content data: the product photos you upload and the images you generate through the service.
• Usage data: generation history, credit transactions, and session/device information (IP address, browser type).
• Payment data: your card details are never stored on NOX Studio systems; payments are processed by our payment provider in line with PCI-DSS standards. We retain only subscription and invoice records.

2. How we use your data

• Providing the service: image generation, gallery, and credit management.
• Contract and legal obligations: billing, accounting, and statutory record-keeping.
• Security: preventing abuse and fraud, and error monitoring.
• Communication: service-related notices; and, with your consent, promotional emails.

3. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your data. To operate the service, data is shared with the following processors only to the extent necessary: database and authentication (Supabase), AI generation infrastructure (image-generation APIs), payments (our payment provider), email (Resend), and error monitoring (Sentry). Some of these providers operate servers outside your country; any transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards.

4. Your product photos and generated images

The product photos you upload are used only for your own generations; they are not shared with third parties and are never used in other customers' generations. You hold the commercial-use rights to the images you generate.

5. Data retention

Account data is kept for the duration of your membership; invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by applicable law. When you delete your account, data outside any statutory retention obligation is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to provide core functionality. Where analytics cookies are used, you can manage them from your browser.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Send your requests to info@noxstudio.app; we respond within 30 days.
